Despite my clear communication of requirements for an advanced skill set and professional certification, the individual continued to engage in unacceptable behavior after I ended the call. I request that necessary actions be taken to address this behavior, including reporting the incident and blocking the individual's ID. _Evidence:_ Call recording available. _Resolution:_ I expect a prompt resolution to this matter, failing which I will escalate the issue to the relevant authorities.
