I am a teacher and I have an experience of more than 30 years in academic field. I have taught grades 1st to 12th. I have pursued Masters in commerce, and an MBA with HR and Masters in TEFL and TESOL. I have studied throughout in an English Medium school and I am result oriented. I don't only teach but teaching and grooming a child in a disciplined man er is my passion so that I can proudly say that yes he is my student .

Students are tender at this age and if one teach with love and care their foundation becomes strong and I believe in the same. One has to groom a child in to the best person . Moral values , basic discipline are the most important factors . Students of this age crave for better understanding and they have to be handled with patience . This is the age where they learn ethics and good habits and those are nurtured in them by a faculty or a teacher who develops into them these qualities like a mother does. The teachers are their first mothers and so they have to be very careful to mould a child and his or her psychology accordingly . I love to teach and they never forget till they grow as their foundation is too strong .
