Namskar ! I am nationally certified Yoga Instructor. I give yoga classes at home/online.I have skilled pranayam and meditation under international masters. I give classes for yoga in general fitness and hatha yoga , weight loss,
all types of pranayam , meditation , yoga nidra etc. I believe that with yoga practices if wants to achieve the best results one should practices natural food habits as well as natural ways in treating day to day health problems. I prescribe diet chart and natural remedies if required and one is determinant to follow all these thoroughly. So practice yoga and be fit not only physically but mentally with me.
