HR Operations
ï?¼ Joining Formalities: Issuing of Offer letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, and Increment/Bonus letters, Appraisal Letter, Warning letters, Payroll Management
ï?¼ Exit Formalities: Exit Interview, Control attrition through counseling and normalization, Experience Letter, Reliving Letter Issuing, FNF processing,
Employee engagement:
Organizing and conducting various motivational activities like Birth Day celebration, Festival Celebration, Celebration of Company anniversary, Navratri Celebration, Monsoon Mania etcâ?¦

HR MIS and Grievance handling:
ï?¼ Employee data analysis and management
ï?¼ Generating & maintaining various reports related to Manpower, Attrition, Separation, vacancies Monthly HR Reports etc.
ï?¼ Ensure prompt resolution of Day to day grievances handling.
ï?¼ Employee relation and internal communication.
