IdentityLearning and Development professional for the last 20 years, my passion is in the area of grooming and developing young minds towards a well-rounded personality. While English is the most popular language even to this day, the essence of one's personality doesn't lie in knowing the language alone in its various forms and versions. Communication is the more critical aspect which defines the know-how and utilization of the language, which is where lies my expertise.
Through my years in learning and development endeavor has been to ensure the holistic development of an individual through the emphasis on various aspects of communication training, rather than the linguistic coaching alone, to be able to derive the result of a well-rounded personality in the recipient.
My passion is to see my subject more empowered as an individual post my interventions, that's the real triumph of a teacher.
