You can go for any of the three but my personal choice would be python. Also, it is not a choice of which is better rather pick one and focus on it until you learn to program advanced programs on your own.

With knowledge of only HTML and CSS, Java and C# would be very difficult to catch up. Choose Python not just because it is easy but more relevant when combined with Django web framework. Even job opening are a lot higher for Django Python Developer in India these days.

Python with Django for Web. It secures against XSS by default (i.e. you have to tell it NOT to escape HTML) and since it has a great ORM interface there's little chance of silly SQL injection mistakes. Also has built-in protection against CSRF attacks which operates as middleware. It's not that PHP is inherently insecure, but it gives the developers too many opportunities to mess up. It also has amazing extensions like Pinax and they integrate essential extensions into their core every release. You should also not underestimate the psychological benefits of coding in a beautiful language. One other thing to consider is that Python is used outside of web development too! It is becoming one of the standard languages used in graphics and is heavily used in science and engineering. There are also very popular desktop applications written in Python, the Dropbox app for instance. Python is great for an all around language. read less
