Dear Chandan,
Always be clear about the language you would be having a conversation with whom. Also, stop making sentences in your mother tongue in your mind then just translating into English during the interview. That is a prevalent mistake we make. Language can quickly be learnt by listening. Try listening to the conversation between people and then try speaking as they do. Thats how kids learn/talk in a language even before they learn grammar or writing it.
