Can anyone tell me how online classes are working  here? Is it via gmeet or something else?

Once you've a student you can set up classes according to your convenience on urban pro or also take classes via gmeet or any other platform.

How would I come to know that this is free enquiry and I can message that student without having any coin 

you'll have to pay a fee (usually of around ₹600) to get coins, inquiry without any coins is not possible on urban pro.
