"I have started my classes with Swapnil in November(2017). I wanted to see how Yoga or any alternative routine can improve my strength. He has experience in Calisthenics along with Yoga and Zen . And the program which he made for me was so good that I didn't find any difficulty in adopting it (I had my reservations for Yoga being a slow routine etc.) His knowledge about the science of fitness and lifestyle is something to look forward to. "

"I have enrolled in Swapnil's 12 week Meditation program since December 2017. Its been a month and the results are pretty good. His methods involve Yoga as well as Zen Buddhism. His diverse experience and thorough knowledge in different styles is certainly a bonus. The best are the creative visualization techniques to which I was unfamiliar. They are really helping me in letting go off negative thoughts and increase my focus which had gone for a toss. I am very much looking forward to what all he can offer with respect to lifestyle changes. "
