This age-old wisdom has led me on to a journey of self-awareness as I began to decode its secret, quite early in my life.
I try to learn from the 'wisdom' found in our ancient scriptures and traditions/practices such as Yoga (Hatha and Raja/Kundalini); Zen/Buddhism; Tantra; Astrology; Ayurveda) for developing an understanding and consequently, learning how to use them in a modern day to day lifestyle.
Meditation, reflection, teaching, training, research and analysis is part of my daily routine. They are a necessary process, I have discovered.

Out of my experience over the years that includes self-learning as well as professional work, I will recommend Hatha Yoga/Calisthenics /functional training for anyone who wants to stay fit and flexible enough; hardcore, resistance training for those who wish to go an extra mile and add-on some muscles; and Meditation in the form of Vinyasa/visualization routines for those who want to bring a holistic approach in their training. Diet is integral to any training regime.

On the education front, I am a Bachelor of Technology ( IT ) from a reputed Indian university. Apart from being engaged in IT industry, I manage a community called Simplelyf that I founded in 2018 whose purpose is to make people aware about conscious living, healthy lifestyle, self-development and spiritual growth; and has professionals, teachers, gurus across different systems/traditions/practices, actively sharing, teaching and training about wellness.

Finally, as a wellness guide, my services and that of my community's services are open to all.

"I have started my classes with Swapnil in November(2017). I wanted to see how Yoga or any alternative routine can improve my strength. He has experience in Calisthenics along with Yoga and Zen . And the program which he made for me was so good that I didn't find any difficulty in adopting it (I had my reservations for Yoga being a slow routine etc.) His knowledge about the science of fitness and lifestyle is something to look forward to. "
