I am an Engineer and an MBA in HR and Operations. I am currently working as HR Manager in one of the Pune based startup that has grown quite fast. I have worked as a lecturer in one of the most renowned Engineering College in Odisha. I developed my interest for teaching and training in those years. As an internal HR, I do give soft skills training to our employees.

I have been taking interviews for our company since 5 years. What I have understood is that people fail to communicate their work in English. Unfortunately being into IT service sector , English communication has a prime importance. I have decided to help people to improve their spoken English,written communication, email writing, client communication, interviews preparation. What I always say that don't make a language a barrier in your career growth. English is just another language. It's not rocket science :)

Rutuja Kadam,is my partner in this initiative. She is an MBA HR graduate. She is an expert in spoken English training. She has conducted one to one and group spoken English training for Employees in many reknowned MNCs. She also has hands on experience on telephonic English tutoring .
