"I googled for the best trainer for IELTS and got Shruthi's name in IELTS category. I read good reviews and contacted Shruthi. The very first conversation with her made me comfortable and made me realize that this is the training I was looking for. Frankly, she is so sound in IELTS. You can say she is seasoned with IELTS and catches you instantly while you do mistakes. Moreover, if we don't struggle by doing our homework or give extra efforts we will not succeed in IELTS . I am thankful to Shruthi for her constant motivation and her never give- up attitude when my motivation was low. "Honestly, she is a very bad teacher, I should say. She has so many personal problems, which she shows the classes to finish the classes in 2 months she has taken literally 3.5 months with so many leaves and excuses, we didnâ??t join her classes for free she charged 11 k , which costed me an arm and a leg. In-spite of all these she ill treated me, never has that respect, she should know that we are also working professionals not children. Apart from personal experience, when it comes to ielts modules please do not join her classes, I strongly suggest you do not waste your money. Among all modules in IELTS, writing is the difficult one and Shruthi is very bad at that, she does not evaluate any of our writing scripts due to her personal problems. Please trust me you will never attain CLB 9 under her guidance. "

"Shruthi is an honest, committed and a true professional Trainer whom I found on Urban Pro. I chose her specifically out of thousands of other trainers ( I was initially skeptical about online sessions as I had never attended earlier) because of her teaching methodology. She made it clear at the beginning itself that she chooses students based on certain learning qualities. I must mention she is strict who checks every little detail! I attended the demo and I liked the way she was giving individual attention to each and everyone in the class of 5 people. The best part is she insisted me to take the student's feedback from the students directly once she leaves the session. I liked this a lot. I cannot thank her enough for all the help she provided to enable me to achieve my goals. It was my dream to clear PTE and migrate to Australia. She helped me to reignite the dream passionately, understand my errors and encouraged me constantly to achieve it. To give my background, I had attempted PTE 4 times and I had almost decided to quit before I enrolled for Shruthi's classes. I definitely liked the structured sessions. She gave me an overview of the exam, though I was a repeater and then started with weaker areas after analyzing my previous scores. Also, she had informed me earlier that the course consists of guided practice sessions once the topics are introduced and the Mock tests will be conducted to assess how much I apply what has been taught by her. She followed this aptly. I remember once she was sick and she could not conduct the classes. However, she informed me that she will be able to conduct the session in a different slot and she conducted the session. She never missed any session and was punctual. The next week I could not attend a few classes due to personal reasons for which without a second thought she arranged classes and provided an immediate solution so that I do not lose any more time. She is highly dedicated. Honestly, you get resources easily on google, what you don't easily get is a Trainer like her who is genuine, goes that extra mile to teach and makes sure you understand the concepts and applies it. I feel fortunate to have contacted Shruthi, who from day one was so transparent - laid out refund policy in case if I am not happy with her, which is she will refund 50% of the amount considering the number of sessions attended by me. "Dilettante Tutor!! Beware of her Dodgy Marketing! Itâ??s easy to depict the rosy scenario verbally than to actually implement on the same. I was looking out for the PTE Academics guide with the core objective to score 79+. Via Urban Pro, I found Shruthi Vekatappa's profile. On speaking to her on this regards, she beautifully explained how she would take me through the sections in PTE and sharing the study materials. Basis good faith (and regressive follow-ups from her to register with herself), I enrolled with her by paying 100% of the fee at a go. However, after a few days, it came like a shock to me as I got trapped in her "Marketing Gimmicks". Every commitment with respect to the quality of sessions and study materialsÃ? were "Fallen-Flat". During initial couple sessions she was sort of "Okay", wherein (without providing an overall introduction to the PTE-Academics) she began from Read-Aloud and Repeat-Sentence which are easier compared to other sections and question types. Almost every time in each of the sessions, I was walked through the portal of ptetutorials.com and one of the other which are commonly available (the first link one gets when you google for sample PTE questions). In terms of study material - I was only provided with "2 Blurred Images" for writing connectors along with the mentioned websites. In her Marketing Stratagem - I have been told that I would be assessed initially by a mock exam, a basis which she will take the sessions. None of these promises made were delivered and I ended up arranging one mock test myself on a personal basis. Casual, Unprofessional and arrogant. She was so unprincipled with respect to the schedule. As mostly for all the sessions, she used to "Postpone or Cancel with Last minute intimation to me, and even use to Join Late by 15- 20 minsâ?? and wind up basis slot timings. And each time she comes up with some personal reasons to gain sympathy on a humanitarian basis. Which probably depicts how she values her clients and her casual attitude. She is a sophist tutor. She reasons with clever but false arguments. While raising objections, she bounces back everything back on your court one or the other way, a small instance wherein she replied that I(myself) am not ready to accept my errors. She is very cunning as being myself located overseas, she knew it would be difficult for me to file a complaint in India. However, as I have put through a formal complaint with in my current location overseas, this will hunt her badly down the line in the near future. An example in her recent reviews - posted by Neha on 22 Feb 2019, as she is trying to set the context to cover-up unfair deduction for the ill-doings in my case. I decided to opt out from her services from her on 18th Feb, with just a few worthless, time wasting and casual sessions. Sharing incomplete information on exam tactics, strategy and scoring patterns had started putting me dilemma. Consequently, I started doing self-paced learning from some webinars from E2 learning available on YouTube. Which was an EYEOPENER to me? And eventually, I decided to get out of the "Cheat". On asking for a refund, she was so unfair in deducting 40% of the fee amount. Even she does not bother to respond back to the emails and multiple reminders and on escalating the situation to Urban Pro and their intervention, she came with some immature and lame reasons. Basis my experience with her for PTE-Academics, Definitely her teaching is not worth for a single Penny. I would Highly Recommend staying away from her marketing build-ups and self uprising comments. For me, it was a Mental, Financial Harassment dealing with such a misleading and fraud tutor. I donâ??t think she genuinely holds a #1 for PTE tutor, of which she has so much of arrogance. P.S. - I have multiple shreds of evidence for the same, for the authenticity of the comments and claims I made."

"Would like to talk about the course regulations first. Refund amount is 50%of the amount paid if the student is deviated from the motive to pursue the course and has lost interest in the class due to no motivation from oneself or if the student would like to quit due to other valid professional and too personal reasons such as a death in the family or inability to continue the sessions due to change in shift timings etc. Even for this there is solution where the shruti records the sessions and share the recordings if the student is unable to attend for few days . Also, focus of the course it is constant ,instant feedback and in the beginning itself, all these things mentioned. I have been Pte student from past few months with shruthi and seen great improvement in my score. I was able to shoot up my score from 70 points to 80 points. I will really recommend her for quality training. "
