Hi! Chandan
It's good you realised the need to speak English fluently. If you observe Chandan, we learn our mother tongue from the moment we are born by hearing it first, then slowly speaking it and then writing it. Same applies to any other language which we want to learn.
So my suggestion to you is early to start listening to English news, conversations etc. whenever you are free, watch documentaries in English as much as possible. It will give you the confidence to speak with proper accent and improve vocabulary.
Also, talking with friends is a good idea and other time think in English for day to day conversations and speak to yourself in front of the mirror whenever time permits. You can use interactive sites too if internet access is available.
I hope this will ease your efforts to practise English speaking.
All the best!
