Thanks for asking the question. IAS examination is considered one of the difficult. This is not because of the curriculum, but due to the competition, we face in the field... There is honestly only one way to beat every single one of them.
1. Plan with your end goal in mind and plan with minute details
2. Build the executional excellence by keeping checks in place for the step you plan daily
3. Pay proper attention to the body of work you concluded already. The revision would be a perfect way to be firm on what you accomplished.
4. Start making efforts in grooming and communication from now to handle the mains exam well.

PS: try using some tracking tool for planning and tracking of accomplishment.
