Criteria:

This course is appropriate for any professional who is responsible for improving a business process / product / service or the organization’s profitability. Participants can come from a wide range of businesses including:

Any person having at least 2 years of experience in IT consultancy or EDP department of organization in any business e.g. BFSI segment

Candidate working in an industry who aspires to work in IT or Quality function of IT
