Day 2:

1. Principles of Lean IT
2. Lean Management
3. Lean IT and Six Sigma
4. Statistical Process Control
5. Various statistical techniques (e.g. Pareto Chart ,Control Chart etc.)

Criteria:

This course is appropriate for any professional who is responsible for improving a business process / product / service or the organization’s profitability. Participants can come from a wide range of businesses including:

Any person having at least 2 years of experience in IT consultancy or EDP department of organization in any business e.g. BFSI segment
