"I fall in the above 25 years bracket and I had Zumba Dance classes with Ishi for a month along with 4-5 other people in the same age bracket. The classes were held in the Multi-purpose room of the Housing Society that I stay in. Ishi's routines, song choices were both fun and practical. She is an extremely professional trainer. Initially I found the routines a little harder having no prior dance or zumba experience to manage the stretches and the pace, but after a few sessions I could feel my body getting more used to the movements. I felt more fit and was able to build more stamina after just a few sessions (I suppose this happens with any form of physical exercise). Thank you Ishi and Good Luck. "
