I have a strong academic and professional background in special education and related fields. I hold a B.Sc. in Home Science with a specialization in Human Development and pursuing a diploma in Women's Empowerment and Development from IGNOU University.
I have hands-on experience working with children with special needs through internships and volunteering. During my internship, I taught children and served as an assistant special educator. I also worked with a special education NGO, where I contributed to data collection, research, and government-related data tasks.
In addition, I have completed 48 psychology-related courses with international-level accreditation, focusing on therapy methods and counselling techniques, including Art Therapy, CBT, DBT, Trauma Therapy, and more. These courses involved 480 hours of live training and simulated therapy environments. I also participated in '45 Masterclasses 2.0,' which covered intermediate-level topics and involved simulated real cases.
My combined academic knowledge, practical experience, and continuous upskilling make me confident in my ability to contribute meaningfully as a special education teacher.
