"Very disappointing. Harshad has withheld my son's Trinity grade 3 certificate. If you question him about your overall expectations he will remove your son the next day. Very High ego. As they say empty vessels sound much. Please avoid Aksharam. There are plenty of better teachers who can deliver quality stuff and they are down to earth. "

Dear Mr. Mukherjee, As per our records you have defaulted lesson fee for over 6 months and it isn't paid inspite of several reminders till date. Consequently we had to stop the lesson privileges. All the fee reminders were duly sent to you on emails. Instead of paying your due lesson fee and collecting the Trinity College London Grade-3 Certificate from the institute itself, you opted to bypass Aksharam Music and went on to contact Trinity College London(TCL) Pune centre. The last communication TCL pune sent to me personally regarding this action of yours mentions "Your mail to TCL pune was extremely rude and your allegations against us were completely out of line and unfounded". The message you sent us asking about what your child learned in a span of 2 years after having accomplished Trinity grade 1, 2, 3 theory and 1 practical exam under our guidance showed your lack of trust and respect towards our teachers efforts and in no way can be termed as polite. Your child has been an extraordinary student throughout the span of 35 months and was able to secure his place based on his talent and performance. It is hard and disappointing to let such talents go based on reasons like non payment of lesson fee by parents. But as a responsible parent you should understand there are no free lunches. Had you mutually respected teacher's and student's time and effort, it would have definitely been an experience to cherish forever. Grow and let us grow together.
