Yes we all do have the spirit (i.e. ATMA) inside us. If you have degree of Doctory you become Doctor, if you have degree of law you become lawyer hence if you have spirit you are spiritual automatically. It is very simple. And my dear friend we all people have came from the same source snad hence our genes having part of the same source. If we think in this way then we all are same and connected to each other. Hence we all are spiritual. For practical example just close your eyes nown (First read this full) and take 3 deep breaths then think about following questions with eyes closed. think deeply each question for 3min (repeat again & again & answer) Q.1. Do i really exist? Q.2. What makes my existence? Q.3. If i remove all things from my life what will happen? Q.4. from where i have came? Q.5. Where i will go after my death?
