In how many days can i learn sql server dev.?

It depends on your understanding. Mostly if you spend two hours daily then you can learn it in a month.

Hi All, I have SQL query which is set to a varchar(max) variable. But varchar(max) takes 8000 characterds, now how can I store this select statement in a variable? Text datatype results in error stating it cannot be used in local variable. Can anyone provide the solution?? Thanks in Advance!!!!

You can store your query by parts in multiple variables and while executing that query append these variables.

How to refresh knowledge of .Net,SOL.. I have done GNIIT course from NIIT in MIS track. There I have learnt .Net Crystal Reports,SQL. Now I am not using .Net Crystal Reports and SQL in my current profile of my JOB. Because of some reason I am working in operations and not in IT. I again want to move back to IT. So I want to develop those skills which I have learnt it earlier. Compare to earlier now the versions are changed... I need an advise from Teachers & Trainers.

Instead of trying these much technologies, focus on one technology first. Then start to practice on basic things. While writing code if you get any problem, search on google. Even if you get solution of your answer, also explore related links on that webpage. You will increase your skill on this wa...
