Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in school and college settings contributing to students’ academic and personal growth. School Experience: During the early years of my teaching career, I spent a significant portion of my time in high school. I have had the privilege of teaching subjects including math and science. Interacting with students during their formative years has allowed me to witness the incredible changes that occur as they move into adolescence and gain a deeper understanding of academic content. My role expanded beyond the classroom as I became actively involved in extracurricular activities and student mentoring programs. Promoting a positive and enjoyable learning environment has been a cornerstone of my teaching philosophy. I collaborated with colleagues and implemented new teaching strategies, incorporating technology and real-world applications into the curriculum. College Experience: The transition to college was a milestone in my career. Teaching at the college level gave me the opportunity to delve into specific topics in my career. I have directed advanced courses, interacting with students who are more focused on selected majors. This experience made me realize the tremendous impact that higher education can have in shaping the workforce of the future. As a college instructor, I accepted the responsibility of not only imparting knowledge but also developing critical thinking and research skills.
