"Deepti is an excellent yoga teacher. She focused working on different groups of muscles through yoga on different weekdays. I looked forward to learn something new everyday. I had increase in flexibility and my low backache improved in just 3months . She also taught us pranayama and to sit silently at the end of her class. This helped me to calm my mind. I wish all the very best in her career as well as in all aspects of life. "
