"I joined this institute for learning the German language (Combo A1 & A2 level). Initially, it was good. Institute receptionists committed many false things. To be very honest my overall experience here was terrible. No proper management, following are the problems I faced: We had constant switching of teachers, the first teacher we had was not at all professional, she herself is a student and was very rude. It was lockdown due to a pandemic and they literally paused classes 2 months whereas all other institutes were started very early in an online format. Also, online classes were never regular initially.Then again they switched to a new teacher and merged two classes, this teacher was good at teaching but then we started facing management problems and since batches were merged we had to start with the batch which was already ahead of us. Somehow we completed the A1 level and now again a new teacher for 2 days and after her again now we are having a new teacher. Here teachers are extremely rude when students call or text them personally for any help or doubts they are like no personal communication what's app group is there we can discuss, and when we text on the group they will not reply. the coordinator will see, the teacher will see and they will just ignore it. also, they call it a weekend class and then they add one weekday to complete the portion not considering other schedules of students. and then after raising voice they will again switch to weekend days. "This institute is an uter HOAX. I went to this place as I wanted to join a test series for CD-IELTS, which I was assured was available by the institute when I called them. When I got there few weeks later, I got to know that they actually don't have test series or any apparatus for CD-IELTS. Complete disaster. Then, the girl who practically runs this place named Elizabeth, pressured me in giving an evaluation costing 1000 bucks. After the evaluation, she scored me poorly so that she can intimidate in joining a class. By the way, I gave the exam a month later and scored pretty well. "
