I am an experienced and passionate Learning & Development professional, with more than 23 years of work experience in the GCC, with two international airlines. One of my primary tasks was developing and delivering dynamic learning material, facilitating highly effective training programs and ensuring successful and rewarding training experiences for all who attended my training.
My background lies in creating, developing, and implementing Corporate and Aviation training to facilitate participants in communication, customer service, leadership, service excellence and soft skills, through individual learning needs analysis and accurately capturing training requirements for the target audience.
