Training has been been my passion since 1994 with my 1st company when I was associated with Prof. P K M Pillai from Mumbai, a Trainer in Management Training for various corporates in India. He was popularly known as Tom Peters of India then. I have been his student and assisted him in various assignments.
I have done classroom trainings, one on one coaching and training at various levels, std - 8th to General Managers of companies.
Presently I apply Dermatoglyphics a new tool to identify the personality of an individual and further counselling on various aspects of Career, Improving the various Brain lobes to improve the intelligence, Emotions, Adversity, Creative and Spiritual Quotients of an individual through expert exercises and various tests.
Some achievements -
1 - Trained various level supervisors and Spare Parts Managers, Sales Manager, Executives to achieve their goals and reach their dream jobs.
2 - Career Counselling for teenagers to set their career goals through mentoring.

Arranging a no. of seminars on the Dermatoglyphics concept in various schools and colleges, societies and apartments in Pune.

Presently pursuing a Fellowship program from the World HR Board in the HR field.
