The best suggestion I can give is, Always think about the scope of jobs. If you learn python alone job scopes are less, you should learn a few more for Data Science, Statistics etc, the workplace you should be able to manage. You should be good at maths. As of PHP developer you already having experience in web development.
I suggest Revise once HTML & CSS, and Learn Javascript Properly + React You have 'n' number of jobs now you can get into it as a web developer, you can easily manage to get next level now quickly,
