A teacher's job is gratifying since it allows them to become part of a person's life and imprint in their mind the knowledge that will enable them to achieve more significant goals. It is a two-way process where teachers and students can learn from each other. During my teaching practice, my students taught me that each one learns differently and has a different capacity to process and apply information. Therefore, other activities and methods should be used during class time. Their commitment to learning a second language, coming so early daily with a positive attitude, also taught me that there is no obstacle when you genuinely desire to achieve something.

I am an effective communicator, both in writing and verbally. I have a solid ability to plan and organise effectively, which is crucial to the role of a competent teacher. I am very well under pressure and can adapt my style or teaching methods, when needed, to deliver consistent results. I use three teaching styles—Directing, Discussing, and Delegating. I generally structure my classes to include using some amount of each style. However, I primarily used the directing style during the first part of the semester. I frequently use a discussion style in the middle of a semester.
