What could help you is learning RPA technologies which can automate some traditional business processes?
I suggest you learn Uipath, Blue prism.
You can get ample online material to learn these and the demand for these tools is also increasing.
Another thing that you can try out is: Build on to your professional experience in MM and be an SME in this area.
If you wish to get into management stream, you can Try out being scrum master.
