To answer your question, I joined back work after a long break. What helped me the most was a five-minute introspection before my meetings and presentations to organize my thoughts and conceptualize what I will communicate. Getting nervous about joining back after a break is expected. Once you get to the routine of things, it eventually fades away, and your confidence returns. Till then, try the tricks that I told you.

You are in a professional environment when you are at work. If the language of communication is English, you tend to use it nine hours a day and five days a week. You pick up the terminology of the workplace and the workplace and enhance your vocabulary unknowingly. This daily practice keeps you on par with the language and develops it further.
When you were on a break, you had a different atmosphere compared to the work environment, and you lost touch and confidence you had before.
My suggestion: Do not worry; you will get back to your way of speaking fluently when you get into the grind again. By the time do not forget to read, listen or to watch English programmes.

So don't worry, just think positive, be more focused on your work, try to speak in English as much as possible even with your friends and family, and soon you will see that you have gained the same fluency and confidence.

You just sit peacefully and imagine those moments and scenes when you used to talk confidently. As per neuroscience, when you suspect something vividly, then you develop those habits within you. All great sportsperson and athletes follow the same system. Just try to recollect those golden moments of confidence and relive them. Feel those emotions again as if it is happening right now.
At the same time, start reading and writing the content you usually speak in job or business.
