IdentityI am an experienced teacher of English, was teaching in a college and schools in and around Ganzhou, Jiangxi (China). At present working as HOD and Spoken English teacher in C.P.S., Patna (India) I hold a TEFL (Teaching English as Foreign Language) certificate (with Distinction), TESOL and an EDI certificate from the London Teacher Training College, England.
All of my schooling and education has been in English. I understand the difficulties which ESL students face, which is of great benefit to my students, no matter what age - kindergartens to colleges.
Teaching is my passion, my life and my fulfilment. I desire to bolster the confidence of all the students to speak English; to encourage the shy and to improve and inspire all by developing a trusting environment where every student feels valued. This is most important, especially with non-English first college students and young learners, for whom Spoken English classes may be daunting.
As a conscientious teacher, I create engaging, attractive activities, using a variety of teaching methods, tailored to each group's needs, abilities and learning styles.
I am not a 'back-packer' teacher, using the cloak of being an educator to cover a selfish desire to see the world; I am a committed, professional teacher who wants to do the best for his students.
I can deliver any aspect of General English, such as Spoken English for general purposes, e.g. listening and speaking skills for business, training, every day.
