In my opinion, it relies on your daily practice. You read a newspaper daily, follow one English news channel.you will improve a lot.

u can prefer the book of s.p. bakshi for basic eng grammar rules and vocabulary under the guidance of english teacher and practice daily minimum 2 topics to speak in english..and do it for 15 days...u have a good improvement in yourself.
