"It’s been 1 month I have been under train with Mr.Siba Prasad Lenka sir. He helped me a lot to reach in my goal I reduced 4 kg in one month. Before I was 75 kg and now am 71kg with his simple diet plan, His diet plan is very very simple that everyone can afford easily.And the surprising thing is in last 2-3 years my body cholesterol level was very high it was in between 300-350 always and after his guidance, diet & training it’s drastically changed and now it is 166.
