She is a Post Graduate (M.Com) and a Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), Member of The Institute of chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), founder of the firm, Prabhjot Gandhi & Associates, focused on corporate laws, registered as a practicing company secretaries firm with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). The Firm is dealing with matters relating to Company Law advisory services, Management Advisory services, Securities Laws, Legal Due Diligence etc.
She started her professional career with CS Internship with one of the Practising Panipat based CS Firm and got an exposure and knowledge of legal and Corporate matters, after that she started her own practice in the year 2014 and started dealing in all sort of professional consultancy in Corporate Law matters.
During her corporate executive career, she was responsible for various fields of corporate compliances and approvals. Her responsibilities included liasioning work with various authorities too.
She has been on the Board of Committee of Panipat Chapter of ICSI from the last two terms as Treasurer, Vice chairperson and also she got an opportunity to become a chairperson of Panipat Chapter for the term 2021-2022 and now, she is also a founder of M/s Jeevat Educom Private Limited, a company incorporated for the imparting education to Professional students in every subject. This Company has a team of experts for providing education & assistance in cracking professional exams.
