No if we use acrylic colors directly on it. Yes, if we prep the plastic surface before using acrylic colors. If you are planning to color plastic surface which will be outdoors than suggest you to select spray primers and if it's an indoor plastic surface using stain blocking primer with high adhesion will be better.
