"I started training with Yogi Sir with absolutely no strength and endurance and it has been a surprisingly amazing journey. He is very considerate of your current level of fitness and puts in genuine effort to curate a program for you. He is motivating and i have not felt a single day of boredom working out. The diet that he suggests is very kitchen friendly and not extra work. I have seen wonderful results loss 7kg and i would definitely recommend him. "
