This class is for the age group of 20 - 55 yrs old.
They learn that doing only asanas is not yoga..yoga means union it's a way of life..it's a union of mind, body and soul!
It's not only limited to physical benefits.
Every student should have yoga mat or some non slippery sheet like blanket etc.

My training is based on yoga asanas using breath n core muscles, foor strength, toning & to correct body posture!
My training is a modern flow and it's different from normal yoga training, as I use proper yoga alignment & techniques during Asanas!
