I have over 20 years of rich experience, with lots of trials and errors, in meditation. I have been trained by several Eastern and Western masters. I have tried several modalities of active and passive meditations. I have practiced meditation daily over several years with varied intentions and desires and resultant different outcomes.
Being in IT business, I understand the difficulties modern day life puts in our ways while trying to evolve spiritually. Being a totally open-minded person, my practice is not bound by any religious dogmas.
