Program Overview:
We offer a range of aquatic programs designed to cater to diverse needs and goals, from fundamental swimming proficiency to advanced life-saving skills and fitness-focused training.
Core Swimming Instruction:
* Target Audience: Individuals of all ages and skill levels.
* Curriculum: Comprehensive instruction in the four competitive swimming strokes:
* Freestyle
* Backstroke
* Breaststroke
* Butterfly stroke
* Schedule: Five (5) classes per week, totaling twenty (20) classes per month.
* Holidays: Sundays and Mondays.
