CertifiedPhonics is a very interesting subject. It helps small kids to learn the English language in very easy and fun way. Phonics tell us the sounds of each and every English letter. Once we know the sounds, learn their blendings we can understand how a word is formed. This reduced the burden of mugging up the spelling.
There are 3 levels in Phonics. First level includes 42 sounds and their blendings. Second level has some rules; like letter c/k/ck has same sound. But then why we spell cat and not kat? Second and third level contains the alternative sounds like ee and ea has same sound - see/sea.
Children as young as 4 year old can start learning phonics. It has story and poem of every sound so children love it. It helps them to creat the interest in the language and they themselves start trying to read the sounds, blend them and form a word.
Children need not bring anything for the Master Class.
