The above explained 90 Minutes class is perfect for the beginner to a vinyasa practice, or anyone who wants to get back to basics. If you are recovering from an injury or illness, or haven’t practiced yoga in some time this is a great class for you. Vinyasa is the foundation of this class and focus is given to proper alignment, Yoga terminology, breathwork and fundamentals that will build the groundwork for your personal yoga practice.
Unwind from the day’s stress and relax into a peaceful and serene space to connect with your mind, body, and spirit. This class will set the mood to disconnect from the outside world and connect to the world within. This class is purposely slow to help train our minds, reprogram our bodies and re-wire the nervous system. To work on being more present, in the moment and being focussed and easy in our thoughts, actions and life.
A powerful meditation to harmonize your energy to align with your intentions, connecting yourself with the unified field of pure potential and opening yourself to receive all your heart’s desires.
By seeing the experience and the level of the class, the workouts are gauged to increase intensity and to move into the advanced asanas as well as prepare the cohort step by step to increase their confidence, core strength and flexibility along with physical strength by keeping an advanced posture as a goal to achieve the same. Strength, flexibility, agility, awareness and endurance were the five outcomes of Yoga taught to me while I was a student, and I continue to maintain such standards even in my class.
