Introduction:
People learn meditation because they have some problems in their life. Learning techniques of meditation is like finding a temporary cure to your problems. The moment you stop meditating, the problem returns. The real meditation is not learnt. It is discovered in aloneness or with the help of an enlightened Master.
People are born with meditation. They start losing it as they grow into the competitive world. Our brains are empty when we begin and is soon filled with a lot of unnecessary information and mundane activities. Meditation can help you to declutter and organise. It can create a lot of empty space which can be filled with new energy.
Meditation is people specific. Like everything else, it also has to chosen. The nature of my class is theoretical and based on diagnosis. One can consult me and then practice on their own. I can conduct a group session as well. I am working through this platform so that I may be able to help a lot of people.
