This course will include :
1. Relaxation techniques ( hatha yoga) for all the joints in our body.
2. Stabilising techniques ( hatha yoga) for sitting in same posture for longer period of time without any discomfort.
3. Focussing techniques ( hatha yoga) with a glass of water or just the air we breath. This also helps in correcting Jawline misalignment if done regularly.
The basic understanding of YOGA will be explained in simple terms yet useful at advanced levels. Some of the Kriyas or methods are time specific so the student also has an option to request for scheduling their practice depending on their individual requirements.
Benefits and topics discussed include :
Relaxation of mind and body, stress relief, increase concentration and focus, increase sleep quality, energising the body and mind, control in appetite etc.
Chanting or Mantra can be used more effectively as the second level of awareness in YOGA.
Please note that this course might include 5-10 minutes of meditation as a practice each hour.( Not Mandate).
