I am a NET certified Yoga trainer. With a Masters's and PG degree in YOGA from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management.
I have created my own model of Yoga and named it to be ATMA YOGA which is a combination of Hata yoga, Raja yoga, and several other forms of yoga. Where you will be able to render your body and Atma which works on the body’s joint motions and mind concentration which gives you a divine feeling and helps you to work on your lifestyle in a structured manner. I also train students to attain a degree and masters in Yoga.
