Kayanupassana is a form of Vipassana meditation where you learn to meditate on your physical body as a tool to elevate your consciousness and rejuvenate your body. It focuses on healing the body and strengthening the mind. It helps people find a natural flow and rythm to life for people. Kaya (body) - anu Passana (to observe) - litelrally means to observe the body. It is an ancient technique learnt from tibetian monks as a part of their early sadhana. Best of all it is an active process meditation where there is something constantly to do and not just simply keeping quite. It has been a great tool for many to even overcome emotional traumas.
Benefits:
- Calms the mind and body
