"I am working in Worley Parsons, Navi mumbai since August 2023 .I have joined as a fresher and I am working on Germany Cologne program so I have meetings with the lead office and the office managers are from Germany. I had to speak fluently with them or after joining there I realised that I had to work on my English. I got to know about this Spoken English class from Google and I called to sir and I joined the class It was very good experience .Thank you sir !! I have gained my confidence because of you. On my first day I knew my condition that time my confidence was low. "I had problems communicating with anyone in English. I could not speak English confidently. I felt like I would say something wrong. I was afraid to talk in English so I decided to join spoken English classes. Firstly, I learned grammar with our Ashok Sir. Later on, he taught how to improve communication skills. He suggested practicing English with family and friends. In our first class he asked us to introduce myself at that time I tried to talk it was not so bad then I felt like now I started to talk then only I can improve my communication skills with confidence later. After every session he gave us some topics to talk and he gives us 5-10 minutes time to prepare so that we can talk like this he improves our skills after some time in our class various activities started like debates, group discussions, story telling, role plays, presentation which was so interesting and it is my favorite session. In addition to this, it was debate and topic of that debate was men should help in households works or not?? In that I supported the team who said that yes men should help women in household works from that day I decided to talk without any hesitation or fear I started to talk with confidence later we did group discussion on social media that day also I tried to talk and I made some mistakes later on sir told us our mistakes so that we can improve. Now I have gained more confidence and English grammar knowledge so that I can talk on any topic and I can start Conversation with anyone quickly in English from now hereafter. I need to practice daily to talk in English without any mistakes and fear I tried to write everything about my journey Thank you so much ! "

Teacher tough me how to make sentences and recognise tenses in English. When there was a PPT in class we were asked to speak on any one point. " 3-4 months back my English communication and grammar were not well due to that I was not confident in interviews and other meetings also. I had tried many things to improve my English speaking but I failed in everything. At that time Sunil suggested the English Speaking Course by Ashok Sir. Firstly, I joined the course and in May we started our training. I felt confident when I joined the class. Ashok sir told me that I had knowledge about English but I was committing some mistakes while making sentences so I have to minimise mistakes from that in every class. I built my confidence day and after 3 months period we have completed the grammar, tense, scenario-based meeting, presentation, Email writing, how to face interviews and also we practice these things in every class. In meantime, I faced 10+ interviews in the company each time Ashok sir guided me on how to be my body language, speaking speed, and how to overcome nervousness while answering the questions, and most of the interviews, I have cracked because of sir and my 3-months practice. "I graduated 15 years ago. Hence , I did not opt for any job.I did a small scale business that time my kids were small. I wanted growth in my business during pandemic situations but it was not possible. So I decided to change myself. I joined a data analyst course. At that time I felt, I did not speak fluently.
