I am a fitness trainer and a former national level boxer. I have experience of over 10 years in boxing as a player, and 2 years experience of teaching fitness boxing,strength, cardio and HIIT workouts . With the help of these sessions I want to help you to achieve your fitness goals. 1. First of all we will be starting with good full body mobility to mobilise the body and to prepare the body for upcoming workout .
2. Than moving on to warmup to Increase the blood flow to all the body parts to prepare them for the main part of your workout .
3. Here comes the main part now we will be starting with a good full body or any specific body workout depending on the day or the requirement to achieve our goal( because your goal is my goal).
4. Here comes the core workout or let's say workout finisher we will be firing up the core and working on Some additional stuff .
