Over the past two years, I have built a robust career as an ICU nurse, advancing from a staff nurse to a senior ICU nurse. In my role as a staff nurse, I honed my skills in managing critically ill patients, employing advanced life support techniques, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care. As I transitioned to a senior ICU nurse, I took on leadership responsibilities, supervising junior staff, leading patient care rounds, and participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. My teaching experience encompasses critical care, medical-surgical nursing, nursing foundations, and pediatrics, where I facilitated workshops and clinical rotations for nursing students, focusing on essential skills such as ventilator management and family-centered care in the PICU.
