Mallikarjuna

I’m Mallikarjuna, a dedicated nursing educator and NCLEX-certified trainer with over 10 years of experience in both academic and clinical settings. My passion for teaching and training aspiring nurses has driven me to deliver high-quality instruction tailored to the evolving needs of the healthcare sector. I hold a Master’s degree in Nursing (MSc) and specialize in preparing students for competitive nursing exams like NCLEX.

My journey in nursing education began in 2010–2011 as a Clinical Instructor in Uttar Pradesh, where I gained firsthand experience guiding students through the foundations of clinical practice. From 2013 to 2017, I worked as an Assistant Professor at Linnaeus University in Haryana, where I deepened my expertise in theoretical nursing education and mentored hundreds of nursing students.

In 2017, I shifted focus toward psychiatric nursing, working at the Schizophrenia Research Foundation in Chennai as a psychiatric specialist nurse until 2019. This period enriched my understanding of mental health care, adding a crucial layer to my teaching approach by integrating both physical and psychological aspects of nursing.

Since 2020, I have been conducting online and offline tuition sessions for students preparing for AIMS nursing entrance exams and other national and international certifications, particularly NCLEX. I understand the pressure nursing students face, and I make it my mission to offer clear, focused, and motivating guidance.

My classes are interactive and structured, usually conducted online, where I use a combination of PPTs and whiteboard explanations. I believe in breaking down complex concepts into simpler modules and engaging my students through practical examples and real-life clinical scenarios.

I also provide well-organized notes that are aligned with the latest syllabus and exam trends. These materials not only serve as excellent revision tools but also help in building long-term conceptual clarity. My sessions emphasize critical thinking, case study analysis, and test-taking strategies tailored for NCLEX and other competitive exams.
