"I have been training unde the guidance of Vishal for over a year now. I have had chronic back pain issues, high weight and a general avoidance of physical activity in the past. He developed a training program tailored towards my specific condition and needs and helped me achieve much better fitness levels over last one year. My training program has been a mix of cardio functional and strength training activities with some yoga etc mixed in as needed. I have lost good amount of weight. Can now run for an hour non stop. Have much better strength in my arms. Can lift lot more weight and hold for longer durations. And my looks have definitely improved. "
