Teaching Experience in detail in Painting Classes
Allow me to introduce myself: I am a contemporary watercolour artist based in greter Noida. since childhood. As a young person, I refused to accept that water is colourless, shapeless and odourless. I used to look at paintings and wonder how it was possible to say that water couldnāt create shapes. Many years later, I joined the Art College at Kolkata. There, for the first time, I picked up a brush, dipped it in colour and turned to the blank canvas to create a painting. Ever since that, I have never looked back. Watercolour paintings are considered a unique way to creatively represent dreams, illusions, emotions and positive feelings using water-soluble pigments. Hence they call for a great deal of precision and control. This medium of art is very popular and keeping this in mind we have prepared a list of some really impressive watercolour paintings that will surely inspire you. Sankur Thakur BFA is a certified artist from Rabindra Bharati University in sculpture and he is a watercolour artist recognized at the international level.

"A highly imaginative artist with great skills in fine arts, graphic designing and web-based applications. He speaks passionately about arts and in the same breath advocates the power and reach of the digitized world. In the proverbial sense, it shouldn't be true but it's a fact that the rise of the digital world has opened up new vistas for conventional as well as modern arts. While working with Sankar Thakur, I found him committed, sincere, reliable and highly knowledgeable. "

"I joined his guidance 6 months back, the step by step method by which he grooms his students to become a freelancer painter is excellent. He genuinely understands his students and explains accordingly which helps a lot in grabbing the techniques. Patience is a key factor which Sir believes a lot that gives a driving force to the students. He makes great and successful effort in understanding the various techniques and mediums. I personally experienced that going for degrees in reputed institutes only gives you a certificate in the end of the day but one gets to learn very less. His approach to art is purely his own interest and not at all business oriented. Apart from classroom teachings he provides outdoor painting sessions too. I would always refer ShankarSir if you want to grow academically and professionally. "
